Andy was Managing Director of Wyvern Waste Services Limited up until 2006 and has over 23 years experience across the full spectrum of the waste sector, in operations, management as well as in business development and planning.
Andy has diplomas in company direction and business management and is a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors. He has held a variety of non-executive director roles and board level advisory roles and is presently non-executive Chairman of AardvarkEM Limited.
Jo has over 15 years experience of working within the waste and environmental management arena having held both senior policy and operational roles in a number of private and public sector organisations. She has in-depth experience of both the UK and EU policy and legislative development negotiating arena having held pivotal roles within HMG and NATO.
Jo has a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry with Environmental Chemistry and is a qualified Environmental Manager as well as a Chartered Waste Manager and is well accustomed to delivering complex waste and operational support initiatives in a number of high profile environments.
Tom has worked as a researcher and data analyst for over 20 years. He is comfortable utilising a variety of tools to analyse outcomes including the use of bespoke software for understanding market forces and population movement.
Tom has a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and experience within the waste sector with two large UK waste management companies. Knowledgeable in the public and private sector, he has delivered solutions for the UK policing authorities and provided valuable research to inform policy makers.
Chris has worked as a geographic technician and analyst for over 27 years. He is a qualified Cartographer and spent, before the introduction of computer generated mapping, nearly a decade in the traditional and manual production of mapping. He has utilised and exploited GIS since its introduction in the late 90s. Chris was awarded an MBE, in 2003, for innovative use of GIS to support high level decision making. He has an MSc in Geospatial Intelligence. Chris continues to develop pioneering solutions to complex geographic problems.
Claire has managed, supported, and developed the technical delivery and integration of geographical information systems into strategic development and business plans for businesses. She has a proven background in engineer project delivery, environmental management and HR management.
Claire has a BSc (Hons) in Physical Geography and gained an MSc (Distinction) in Quaternary Science, Climate Change. Claire is a qualified environmental manager and has provided field and technical support in climate change research.
Michele is a qualified teacher and a consummate organiser - having organised many different types of events over the last few years, from Duke of Edinburgh, Black Tie Dinners and the very successful local village May Fayre for the last 10 years.
She is responsible for the sales and marketing of the business, key account management, as well as general secretarial duties and the statutory requirements of the Company Secretary role.
